Metal stamping leader produces complex draws from a wide range of metals.
Boker's, Inc., a leader in the metal stamping industry, provides "complete to print" production of complex deep draws. Utilizing a CadCam drawing system, Boker's converts flat metal blanks into complex cylindrical, rectangular, square, or multi-faceted shells. The 3-dimensional shells are finished on-site, with services that include machining, heat treating, plating, and welding.

Boker's in-house tooling, with up to 220 ton capacity, enables them to produce draws up to 3" deep and 8" in diameter, with material thickness of .005" to .125". Draw materials include copper, brass, beryllium copper, nickel silver, aluminum, stainless steel, low and high carbon steel sheet, low alloy steel, monel, inconnel, and numerous other metals. The company's production is handled in short or medium runs to provide faster delivery.

Boker's also offers complete Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.), "Dock-To-Stock" and "Just-In-Time" programs, Mil-I-45208A compliance, and 81 years of experience.
