| NEW FIRE SAFE CERTIFIED TRIAD SERIES 3-PIECE BALL VALVE IN FULL AND STANDARD PORT MODELS | |
| Houston, TXSeptember 5, 2001Flow-Tek, a subsidiary of Bray International, Inc., offers the Triad Series 3-Piece ball valve. Ideal for high pressure, high temperature, severe service and high cycle applications, the Triad Series comes standard as fire safe certified to API 607 4th Edition standards. The Triad is available in full and standard port models. The full port Model FP ball valve is available in sizes 1/4" through 2" with a bidirectional pressure rating of 2200 psi WOG. The standard port Model SP ball valve is available in sizes 3/4" through 2-1/2" with a pressure rating of 1500 psi WOG. A wide range of seats are offered including PTFE, UHMWPE, RPTFE, Peek and Tek-Fil. Triad models are available with a temperature range from -100¡F to 650¡F. Threaded, Socket Weld, Extended Butt Weld end connections are offered as standard, custom connections are offered upon request. The Triad Series features live loaded stem seals, redundant body seal and stem seal, investment cast stainless steel bodies and carbon steel bodies. An integrally cast actuator mounting pad complies with ISO 5211 standards. ANSI B16.34 Class 600 certification of all Triad Series valves is available. Full hex head cap screws join end connections to the tapped valve center section, through body bolts are not used.
