Networking cabinets are available in models for 19" and 23" equipment, and list for $1,322 and $1,403. Both models provide 46 rack units and can be easily adapted for many different applications using Hoffman accessories and fan kits. For applications that require additional wiring space, the 23" cabinet can be converted to hold 19" equipment by reversing the rack angles.
The cabinets feature removable doors and side panels with rounded corners that eliminate cable-damaging sharp edges. Pre-cut fan openings, holes for optional levelers and casters, and two rear cable-entry ports with grommets are standard. Reversible hinges, key-locking latch systems, adjustable rack angles, and additional door mounting holes facilitate quick installation and reconfiguration. The flexible design eliminates the need to gather usage data and allows users to inventory fewer cabinets.
The durable cabinet design consists of steel sides and doors mounted on a welded steel frame and finished (inside and out) with industry-standard, textured, low-gloss, black RAL 9005 polyester powder paint. The frame includes two sets of L-shaped rack angles with tapped 10-23 holes per EIA standards, and the front door includes a smoked acrylic window.
